Sake Masterclass - 27th September
Join Joshua Kalinan for his second sake masterclass here at Kabuke that focuses on The Next 5 of Akita, a collective of 5 breweries in the Akita prefecture.
The session will feature the 5 members - Yuki no Bijin, Ippaku Suisei, Yamamoto, Harukasumi, and the coveted Aramasa
Class topic outlines also include up and coming sake trends, as well as a look into the other collaborative groups. Tasting of the 5 sakes will also be available during the class. This is definitely a class not to miss out!
